We cannot guarantee that all Products will remain in stock. In the event a Product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer you the option of a full refund or an alternative product.
5. How Orders Are Formed
5.1: When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase Products from us. Your order constitutes an offer, which we may accept or reject at our sole discretion.
5.2: After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
5.3: We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email with your order number and dispatch details. The contract is formed at this point.
5.4: You may cancel your order before we have dispatched the Products by contacting us at [email protected]. Once Products have been dispatched, you may return them in accordance with our Returns Policy.

7. Delivery and Risk
7.1 Delivery:
We will deliver Products to the address you specify during checkout. Delivery is made by third-party courier services. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days.
7.2 Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver to all addresses within Australia. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, size and delivery location and are displayed at checkout.
7.3 Risk:
Risk and ownership of Products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Once delivered, Products are your responsibility. We accept no liability for loss, damage or theft of Products after delivery, except where such damage or loss is due to our negligence or a fault in the Products.
7.4 Damage in Transit:
If Products arrive damaged or are lost during delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographic evidence. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7.5 Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable (except where the order is cancelled before dispatch).
8. Returns and Refunds Policy
8.1 Returns Period:
You may return unopened Products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the Products are in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
8.2 Non-Returnable Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
- Individual incense beads or jewellery that have been opened or worn
- Products with broken seals
- DIY Kits where packaging has been opened
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling
8.3 Return Process:

8.4 Return Costs:
You are responsible for all postage and shipping costs associated with returning Products. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure safe delivery.
8.5 Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned Products, we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
8.6 Faulty or Damaged Products:
If Products arrive faulty or damaged, we will replace them or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
9. Warranty and Consumer Guarantees
9.1: Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a Product has a minor failure, you are entitled to a remedy that is proportionate to the failure.
9.2 Warranty Period:
You may claim under the warranty within 12 months of purchase. For handmade products, we guarantee they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
9.3 Making a Claim:
To make a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase, a description of the fault and photographs. We will assess your claim and replace or refund the Product at our discretion.
9.4: Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. You have rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1: All content on the Website including text, graphics, logos, product photography, videos and product designs (the ‘Content’) is owned by or licensed to Aroma Incense and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
10.2: You may not reproduce, adapt, transmit, distribute, publish or display the Content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
10.3: All business names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other intellectual property rights associated with Aroma Incense are owned solely by Aroma Incense. You may not use these without our written permission.
